Our Fees and Payment Procedures

Child/parent’s sickness: Full Fee
Child/Parents Occasional day off: Full Fee
Bank Holidays: Full Fee
Child/parents holidays: Half fee (up to 4 weeks only) when 4 weeks’ notice has been given.

Payment is required on the first day of the childminding week.
If your child attends, for example, Tuesday, and Thursday payment should be paid on Tuesday. Our rates would have been discussed at our initial meeting.
Payment can be made weekly in advance to our BANK ACCOUNT.
If payment is late then a charge of £5 will be added each day if after 3 days payment is still not received then we reserve the right to reserve to withdraw your child’s place until payment has been received.
